Positive: We were 2 families with small children and we got the whole 4 rooms apartment in the second floor. There was a lot of toys and books for small children. They were absolutely happy. We could organized one room as a playroom for them. Willing owner. Made sure everything is ok. Free parking, new bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen only for us, nothing shared with anyone else. Fresh flowers in each room. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Negative: Not all of the rooms were shown in the pitures and we were not sure how we will be set. All was good in the end. We got even more rooms than needed. No towels in the apartment. We forgot them and borrowed from owner - very kind no problem with that. Beds and floors were creaking a lot, but it is an old house with wooden floor and with old furniture as you can see in the pitures (1 room was newely done and bathroom too). We didn't have problem with that in the end. There was missing a large pot in the kitchen (e.g. to make pasta for 8 people), however, we knew it from previous reviews and took our own (we had an extra large pan too). There is only one hotplate stovetop, so if you are planning to cook, think wisely what to do :D
